A few practical answers for this public demo and the private playtest.
Cards should not need scrolling
The match fits the board and five-card hand into the available screen. Close the on-screen keyboard, restore normal page zoom and rotate the device if needed.
A match will not load
Reload once. Your local practice save is separate from any online profile. The public demo does not require Tailscale or a login.
Online profiles and invitations
Open the online beta and save its recovery file. Public-beta profiles and older private-playtest profiles are separate. Clocks continue during disconnection. Never share your recovery file or include it in a screenshot.
Report a problem
Open Help & my tickets in the online beta, or use the link below. Create or restore your profile, describe the device and steps, and check the private reply in the game. Never include recovery keys, passwords, emails or payment details. For fair-play issues use Report and Block. There is no guaranteed response time or automatic email.
